HIPPOCRATES FARM AT SIAL PARIS 2024
We are thrilled to announce the participation of Hippocrates Farm at SIAL Paris 2024, the leading international food exhibition, which this year celebrates 60 years of continuous evolution and innovation in the food sector. From October 19 to 23, 2024, we invite you to visit our booth at Hall 5A, Stand G063, where we will showcase our unique approach to sustainable nutrition and demonstrate our commitment to quality and innovation.
This remarkable event will gather over 7,500 exhibitors and 285,000 professionals from 205 countries, providing a unique opportunity to explore our innovative methods in fruit and vegetable processing and taste the full range of Hippocrates Farm products.
We are particularly proud that our product, the organic sea buckthorn fruit from Hippocrates Farm Greece, has been recognized as innovative and selected for participation in SIAL Innovation Paris 2024. This distinction from the independent jury of SIAL confirms the quality and innovation of our product, reinforcing our position on the international stage.
Our story began in the heart of Greece, at our farm in Flabourisi, within a protected Natura 2000 area near the iconic Meteora and Olympus mountains, where we cultivate organic sea buckthorn with utmost respect for nature and tradition. From this solid foundation, we expanded our activities by establishing a modern factory in Serbia, where we process not only sea buckthorn but also a wide variety of fruits and vegetables. In our factory, we employ advanced methods such as kinetic osmosis and kinetic drying. These techniques preserve the authentic shape, taste, color, aroma, and vitamins of our products without the use of preservatives or artificial additives. Our new product line includes dried fruits and vegetables as well as osmotic fruits, which combine high nutritional value with natural flavor.
Our commitment to quality and sustainability has been recognized internationally with significant awards. In 2019, Hippocrates Farm was awarded the 1st European Innovation Award under the KATANA program, highlighting us as the most innovative agri-food project out of 640 nominations across Europe, thanks to the development of innovative functional snacks made from high-quality organic Greek sea buckthorn. In 2020, our organic sea buckthorn product received the Platinum Award for “Organic Product of the Year” at the Healthy Diet Awards, while in 2024, Hippocrates Farm was awarded the Gold Award for Top Exporting Company in Research and Development at the Greek Exports Forum & Awards.
